The house
On the ground floor is a sitting room/kitchen, bathroom, small laundry, and a further small room.

The sitting room is large, comfortably furnished and fitted with a wood burning stove for those cool evenings. The small room is an ideal "snug", with a sofa bed.

The kitchen area is large, and newly fitted with adequate kitchen units, cooker and refrigerator. There is also an under-stairs cupboard for additional storage. Water is heated by an automatic gas heater in the laundry, which is fitted with a sink and washing machine.

On the first floor are three double bedrooms, two of which are fitted with single beds, and one with a double bed.

There is a small terrace with views over the village and the mountains beyond.  On the terrace is a toilet/shower room, with easy access from all bedrooms.
